How It Works
1. Select a provider from our network:
Each state has a directory of providers qualified to provide their services. You can select to
review any provider's full profile by clicking on the "Full Profile" tab. Full profiles include the
provider's education, experience, treatment modalities, specialties, and much more.
2. Schedule an appointment with the provider:
The provider will respond to your email inquiry as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to discuss
with the provider any issues and concerns you might have. You will also be able to arrange an appointment
time for your first session.
3. Receive email with instructions:
Once you arranged your appointment time and fee, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions
on how to log in to your secured account called: "My Secured ATTN Room" and pay for the session.
You will be able to pay with credit card or Paypal on our secured payment platform. You will receive a
confirmation email and your receipt of payment immediately. You will also receive instructions on how
to download our video software and test the system to insure proper video connection at the time of your session.
4. Creating a secured account:
We are using the latest
confidentiality, picture and audio clarity, and convenience. Creating a secured account will allow you to pay for your sessions using your
credit cards or Paypal.
5. Click on "Start Session" tab at the time of your video session:
When you scheduled your first session with your provider, our system created your secured account for you
called: "My Secure ATTN Room". You can visit your room any time by logging onto your account. On the day
of your appointment, just log in to your account and click on the tab labeled "Start Session". This will connect
you immediately with your provider. At the end of your session, you will be able to schedule your next appointment,
pay for your session, and come back for your appointment.
